About the role
A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist / SLP to join their growing team for a contract assignment.
Responsibilities
- Incorporate the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into job performance.
- Develop, or recover, reliable communication and swallowing skills for patients to fulfill their educational, vocational and social roles.
- Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care according to physician orders.
- Work within an interdisciplinary team to develop a plan of care for each patient.
- Provide skilled speech therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited school.
- Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP or in the process of obtaining one.
- CPR certification.
- Work within an interdisciplinary team to develop a plan of care for each patient.

- Absorb and implement the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into job performance.
Qualifications
Candidate must be an SLP-CCC.
