About the role
TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Claremont, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, treat, and prevent speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Create treatment and therapy plans to suit the individualized needs of a diverse population of patients.
- Perform screenings to detect voice or speech disorders.
- Educate patients and family members about speech disorders and causes, including disabilities and traumatic events.
- Report progress and current status to appropriate parties, which may include family members, teachers, or medical professionals.
- Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines.
Requirements
- Must have 6 months of experience; however, new grads are encouraged to apply.
- Must have BLS and ASHA-SLP National Certification with state-specific licensing.
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean or stoop without difficulty.
- Should have a sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology.
Qualifications
- BLS, ASHA, 2 Years
- Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Schedule
We are looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an immediate travel opening in Claremont, NH. The right SLP should have 1 year of experience; for an exceptional candidate with an appropriate background, 6 months of experience may be accepted.
