About the role

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) that is licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure in the state of VA to work in the specialty area of SNF / LTC. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech language pathology services in a skilled nursing facility / long-term care setting
• Incorporate the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into job performance

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
• SNF / LTC experience required
• Current Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license within the state of practice, or in the immediate process and qualifies of obtaining licensure in VA

Schedule

• 5x8 Days schedule
• 40 hours per week
• 13 weeks duration
• Start date: 08/17/2026
