Travel Speech Language Pathologist - $2,162 per week

About the role

Coast Medical Service is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Dearborn Heights, Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Michigan.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Skills

• Knowledge of speech-language pathology principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using speech-language pathology software.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Benefits

• Stipend payments for facility-initiated call-offs and on-call shifts.

Pay

• Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

• 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
