Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a contract assignment in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
About the role
A great SNF / LTC facility is looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist / SLP to join their growing team. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of the organization into job performance. The position involves working within an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled speech therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders.
- Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions.
- Set realistic and achievable goals for patients to develop or recover reliable communication and swallowing skills.
- Help patients fulfill their educational, vocational, and social roles.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
- Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP or actively in the process of obtaining licensure.
- Current CPR certification.
- Must hold SLP-CCC certification.
Schedule
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8-hour days

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, including a tax-free stipend (amount to be determined).
