Travel Speech Language Pathologist - $2,133 per week

About the role

Work directly with patients to evaluate and treat issues with communication and swallowing.

Expert knowledge of speech sounds, language development, fluency management, and dysphagia are required.

Must have great communication skills, including aptitude for working with patients one-on-one.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with communication and swallowing issues.
• Provide therapy sessions to improve speech and language abilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with families and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Oklahoma.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including 12-hour shifts.
• Must be willing to relocate to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
• Must be available for the duration of the assignment (13 weeks).

• Strong clinical skills in speech-language pathology.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
