Travel Speech Language Pathologist - $2,130 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Speech Language Pathologist for a position in Wailuku, Hawaii.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a home health setting
• Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
• Perform therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physician
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Hawaii
• Experience in home health settings preferred
• Knowledge of speech-language pathology principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Passing score on the Praxis II exam or equivalent
• Current CPR certification

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
