This position involves providing services to patients with speech and language challenges within an outpatient setting. The role includes developing and implementing personalized speech therapy plans of care, conducting assessments to determine patient communication levels, and educating patients, families, and team members. The Speech Language Pathologist will also document care accurately and update medical records accordingly. Job Details: Certifications, Education, and Experience: Current/valid state Speech Pathologist licensure is required. BLS certification from the American Heart Association is also required. No minimum years of experience are specified, but at least 1 year of experience (preferably in a clinical setting) is preferred. Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 32 hours per week. Required Skills & Experience: Patient assessment, care plan development, speech therapy, documentation. Additional Information: This position involves making patient visits for initial and ongoing assessments, communicating with physicians before and during care, and providing education to team members, patients, and families.
