About the role
Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
- Assess and treat patients with various speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and other therapists.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited program.
- Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Nevada.
- Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Must be willing to travel within the United States.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills in speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
