About the role
Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech‑Language Pathologist to provide high‑quality speech, language, and swallowing therapy in compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. The clinician will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy aimed at enhancing communication and swallowing functions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
- Document services in compliance with all relevant regulations and facility standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to optimize care.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
- Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Strong communication and clinical problem‑solving skills.
Pay
Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
