Travel Speech Language Pathologist position in Kingwood, West Virginia. Start date: ASAP. Duration: 13 weeks. Employment type: Travel.

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient evaluation, treatment planning, and the delivery of therapy aimed at improving communication and swallowing functions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans based on patient needs.
• Document therapy services in accordance with regulations and facility standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and their families to optimize care.
• Ensure compliance with all infection control and safety protocols within the therapy setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
• Possession of a current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Exemplary communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
