Travel Speech Language Pathologist - $2,042 per week

About the role

HCS 247 is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Rapid City, South Dakota. The position starts immediately and works 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct evaluations and progress assessments as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• No new graduates.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

The pay package is based on 9-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
