About the role

Award-winning Speech Language Pathologist needed for 13-week assignment in Asheville, NC. Work directly with patients to evaluate and treat communication and swallowing issues.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders
• Work with patients one-on-one to improve their speech and language skills
• Manage fluency issues and provide treatment for dysphagia

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of speech sounds, language development, fluency management, and dysphagia
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Current license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in North Carolina

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Current license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in North Carolina
• Experience working with adult patients
