Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in need
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year full-time SLP experience within the last 2 years
- Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New York
- Knowledge of various communication disorders and treatment methods
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Passing score on the Praxis II exam or equivalent
- Current certification in CPR and First Aid

Pay
The pay rate is dependent on seniority and other factors that will be discussed during the hiring process. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
