Travel Speech Language Pathologist - $1,936 per week

About the role

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you'll work directly with patients to evaluate and treat issues with communication and swallowing. Expert knowledge of speech sounds, language development, fluency management, and dysphagia are a must. SLPs must have great communication skills themselves, including an aptitude for working with patients one-on-one.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with communication disorders
• Assess and manage swallowing disorders (dysphagia)
• Develop individualized treatment plans for speech and language improvement
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients

Requirements

• Speech Language Pathologist licensure in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in speech therapy
• Experience with pediatric and/or adult populations preferred

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
