Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 24, 2026 in Portland, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy to patients in their homes
• Assess patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions
• Work with a variety of adult and geriatric patients
• Maintain productivity standards while providing quality care
• Offer flexible 4x8 day shifts with no weekends
• Make a meaningful impact in patients' lives

Requirements

• 1 Year of Skilled Home Health Experience
• BCLS Certification
• Oregon License
• Oasis Experience (preferred)

Qualifications

• 1:1 patient care with up to 6 visits per day
• Opportunity to work with patients in their homes
