About the role
The position is located at a main hospital building on the 6th East floor with a total of 28 beds. The role primarily involves speech and language therapy focusing on stroke rehabilitation, dysphagia, cognitive assessment, and treatment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct bedside swallow exams
- Administer vital stim therapy
- Perform Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS)
Requirements
- Experience with MBSS, dysphagia management, and cognitive assessment
- CCC certification
- Georgia license
