Travel Speech-Language Pathologist - $1,619 per week

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Vidalia, Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients for speech, hearing, and language deficits.
• Teach patients how to make sounds, improve their voices, or increase oral or written language skills.
• Teach individuals how to strengthen muscles or use compensatory strategies to swallow without choking or inhaling food or liquid.
• Provide skilled speech therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Achieve and evaluate realistic and achievable goals for patients to develop or recover reliable communication and swallowing skills.

Requirements

• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP or in the process of obtaining one.
• At least one year of professional working experience.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CPR certification.
• CCC's.
• Other requirements to be determined by the client facility.
