About the role
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, in Edgewater, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic interventions to patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited program.
- Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Maryland.
- Experience in acute care settings preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Passing score on the Praxis II exam.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology.
- Proficiency in using speech-language pathology software.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
