Travel Sonographer - $2,238 per week

About the role

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel Echo Technologist for an assignment in Jackson, Tennessee. The assignment lasts approximately 6.14 weeks and is scheduled to start on October 12, 2026. The position requires 40 hours per week on 10‑hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiographic examinations.
• Conduct vascular ultrasounds (lower extremity, carotid, ABI) as preferred.
• May serve in a charge role based on experience.

Requirements

• Active compact or Tennessee RN/allied health license at time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience required (unless otherwise noted).
• Two supervisory references required at submission.
• All certifications listed must be in hand at submission (copies not required).
• ARDMS, BLS, CCI, RDCS/RVT or RCS credentials.
• COVID‑19 vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only).
• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions).

Qualifications

• Previous charge experience (if applicable).
• Years of experience: at least 1 year noted, but minimum 2 years required for submission.
• Ability to perform vascular ultrasounds (lower extremities, carotids, ABIs).

Skills

• Epic experience within the last 12 months, documented and must pass Epic competency exam (one attempt allowed).
• Proficiency with echocardiographic equipment and vascular ultrasound.

Pay

Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and may be subject to change during the assignment. Pay package is based on 10‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
