PRIDE Health is seeking a Social Work Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a travel job in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services in an acute hospital setting.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with mental health and behavioral issues.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations of patient progress.
- Document patient care and treatment in accordance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Active Georgia LCSW license – Required
- Minimum 2 years of Social Work experience in the specialty
- Acute hospital experience – Required
