Travel Social Work - LMSW - Licensed Master Social Worker - $2,086 per week
Travel position in Albany, Oregon for 13 weeks starting 09/07/2026. 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts.
About the role
As a Medical Social Worker in our hospice care team, you will assist patients and their families during challenging times. Work closely with a skilled team dedicated to improving the quality of life for those in their final stages in the Albany, Oregon community.
Responsibilities
- Provide meaningful end-of-life care and support to patients and families.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience required.
- Experience in a hospital or medical setting preferred.
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
- Oregon LMSW (Masters-level Social Worker) or CSWA (Clinical Social Work Associate) licensure required.
- Oregon LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and auto liability/property damage insurance required.
