LanceSoft is seeking a Social Work Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a travel job in Burlingame, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services in a medical/hospital setting.
- Assess and address the psychosocial needs of patients and families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Document progress notes and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.
- Minimum 4 years of clinical social work experience.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Experience in a medical/hospital social work setting preferred.
- Ability to float and adapt to different patient care units.
