About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a Social Work Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a travel job in Fairfield, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services to clients in accordance with professional standards and ethical guidelines.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care planning.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Master of Social Work from a school of Social Work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
- Current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Skills
- Knowledge of social work theories and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
