About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor residents for any adverse reactions.
- Provide wound care, Foley catheter care, PEG tube feedings, and ostomy care.
- Assist with daily living activities as required.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team, including RNs, therapists, and case managers, to coordinate care.
Requirements
- Current LPN license in good standing.
- CPR certification required prior to the first day of employment.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
This is a 13-week contract position for 12-hour night shifts, requiring every other weekend availability.
