Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) role focused on supporting patient recovery under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients improve mobility, manage injuries, and enhance overall well-being in a skilled nursing setting while ensuring safe and effective therapy sessions and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support patient recovery under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients improve mobility, manage injuries, and enhance overall well-being in a skilled nursing setting.
• Ensure safe and effective therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide therapy services in a skilled nursing facility.
• Assist in patient mobility and rehabilitation efforts.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and documentation standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active State License required
• BLS Certification may be required

Schedule
