About the role
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) providing patient care under licensed physical therapists.
Responsibilities
- Conduct exercises, massage, gait and balance training, and other therapeutic interventions.
- Document patient progress.
- Report to supervising therapists.
- Deliver rehabilitative services to diverse patient populations.
- Ensure accurate documentation and support patient progress.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years PTA experience.
- Valid license (Texas or compact).
- Certification or degree in physical therapy assisting.
Skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a skilled nursing setting.
