Travel SLP SNF/ALF - $1,843 per week

About the role

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide skilled therapy to patients with speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy medical complexity and interdisciplinary care. CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat dysphagia, cognition, speech, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide 1:1 skilled therapy
• Educate patients, families, and staff on care strategies
• Document progress and outcomes accurately

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active (or pending) state SLP license
• CCC-SLP preferred (CFY welcome)
