Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist - Weekly Pay

Responsibilities

• Providing assessment and treatment for communication and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensuring compliance with licensure, certification, and facility protocols.
• Delivering therapy services during scheduled shifts (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM).
• Maintaining documentation and progress notes.
• Contributing to patient recovery and communication improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completion of CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.
• Active State License required.
• BLS Certification may be required.
