Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist - $2,674 per week
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Speech-Language Pathologist for a 17-week Skilled Nursing Facility contract in North Adams, Massachusetts. This post-acute rehab opportunity offers the chance to work with adult and geriatric patients while helping improve communication, cognition, swallowing, and overall quality of life.
About the role
- Skilled Nursing Facility / Post-Acute Rehab setting
- 17-week travel contract (09/14/2026 – 01/09/2027)
- Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts
- Adult and geriatric patient population
- Collaborative interdisciplinary rehab team
- North Adams, Massachusetts location in the Berkshires region
Responsibilities
- Perform speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders
- Treat communication, cognitive-linguistic, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Provide dysphagia management and patient/caregiver education
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and case management
- Complete timely documentation and progress reporting
Requirements
- Valid Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Skilled Nursing Facility or post-acute experience preferred
