Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist - $2,646 per week

About the role

Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 14‑week Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) contract in Franklin, New Hampshire (East Franklin area). This critical‑need assignment focuses on adult and geriatric patients in a post‑acute rehab setting, working with a collaborative interdisciplinary team to improve communication, cognition, swallowing, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Perform speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Treat communication, cognitive‑linguistic, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Provide dysphagia management and patient/caregiver education.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, PT, OT, and case management.
• Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.

Requirements

• Current New Hampshire SLP license.
• BLS certification.

Qualifications

• SNF or post‑acute rehabilitation experience preferred.

Schedule

40 hours per week; 8‑hour day shifts.
