Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist - $2,477 per week

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with cognitive, memory, dysphagia, safety awareness related to falls or other indicators, speech intelligibility, orientation, communication, and family training.
• Utilize EMR/Charting systems such as NetHealth for rehab and PCC for other information.
• Communicate with Nurse Practitioners and interdisciplinary teams to address patient needs and changes.

Requirements

• SC State License, CCC, and BLS required.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of LTC/SNF experience recommended.
• Experience with EMR/Charting systems such as NetHealth and PCC.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Valid South Carolina State License.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

8 hour day shift, 36 hour guarantee. Occasional weekends may be needed and would be discussed prior to scheduling. Flexible schedule options available upon request.
