Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Travel Speech-Language Pathologist for a Skilled Nursing Facility contract in Norfolk, Virginia. This post-acute rehab opportunity offers the chance to work with adult and geriatric patients while helping improve communication, cognition, swallowing, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Perform speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Treat communication, cognitive-linguistic, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Provide dysphagia management and patient/caregiver education.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, PT, OT, and case management.
• Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.

Requirements

• Virginia SLP License Required
• BLS Required
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred
