About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist for a 15-week contract starting ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Adhere to all professional standards and guidelines set forth by ASHA.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care.
Requirements
- Active SLP License
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- BLS Certification
Qualifications
- Experience in providing speech therapy services in a SNF setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Skills
- Proficient in using speech therapy software and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,415.00
Schedule
Shift: Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
