About the role
The successful candidate will provide speech therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills and swallowing function
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure patient care coordination
- Document progress notes and maintain accurate medical records
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Florida
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Experience working in a SNF setting preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
