About the Role

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide skilled therapy to patients with speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting in West Palm Beach, Florida. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy medical complexity and interdisciplinary care. CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat dysphagia, cognition, speech, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide 1:1 skilled therapy
  • Educate patients, families, and staff on care strategies
  • Document progress and outcomes accurately

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active (or pending) state SLP license
  • CCC-SLP preferred (CFY welcome)

Pay

Competitive weekly pay based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation). Pay package includes tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
