About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week contract at a SNF in Roseburg, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Active Speech Language Pathologist License
- BLS Certification
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current and active license to practice in the state of Oregon
- Experience working in a SNF setting preferred

Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,300.00 (Based on 40hrs/week)
Schedule
8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
