About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week contract in Williamsport, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Document progress and communicate with healthcare providers and families.
Requirements
- Active MD SLP License
- BLS via American Heart Association
Qualifications
- State license/certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant required
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of speech-language pathology principles and practices
