Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist - $2,206 per week

Job Description

This opportunity offers the chance to work with adult and geriatric patients in a post-acute rehab setting while helping them improve communication, cognition, swallowing, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Perform speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Treat communication, cognitive-linguistic, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Provide dysphagia management and patient/caregiver education.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, PT, OT, and case management.
• Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.

Requirements

• South Carolina SLP License Required
• BLS Required
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred
