Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist - $2,070 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week contract starting July 12, 2026, in Tarboro, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in North Carolina
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Experience in SNF settings preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Passing score on the Praxis II exam
• Knowledge of clinical procedures and techniques
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Estimated weekly payments include hourly wages, meal & incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the Company. Additional benefits such as medical/dental/vision insurance are in addition to the weekly pay.
