About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 15-week contract in Nashua, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve their physical function.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant License.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and equipment.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,140.00 Guaranteed 40hrs/Week
Schedule
8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
