About the role
The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a position in Stockton, California.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
- Perform therapeutic exercises under supervision
- Administer treatments as directed by a licensed physical therapist
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
Requirements
- Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
- Valid California Physical Therapy Assistant license
- Experience in SNF setting preferred but not required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
