About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Alamosa, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve their physical function.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
Requirements
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist Assistant License.
- BLS via American Heart Association certification.
- State license/certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Qualifications
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and procedures.
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $1,800.00
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8-hour shift.
