Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,745 per week

About the role

The role involves providing rehabilitative and therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting, supporting patient recovery and functional improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a SNF setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately

Requirements

• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
• At least one year of experience in SNF settings
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient assessment tools

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in computer systems for documentation and scheduling

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule
