About the role

We are seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant in Centralia, Washington. This 13-week assignment offers 40 hours per week on an 8-hour day shift in an on-site SNF setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing personalized treatment plans developed by physical therapists
• Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient function and mobility
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising physical therapist
• Educate patients and families on exercise techniques and safety measures
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and progress
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
• Support discharge planning and facilitate continuity of care as needed

Requirements

• Completion of accredited PTA program
• Completion of National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
• Washington PTA licensure/certification
• First Aid Certifications (BLS) strongly recommended

Pay

$1,626.05 - $1,676.34 per week

• 13-week assignment
• Day shift, 5x8 hours (up to 40 hours per week)
