CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Pleasant Hill, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
• Assist patients with exercises, treatments, and activities of daily living.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in California.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Experience in SNF or similar settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Days shift, 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.
