Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,517 per week

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant in Port Charlotte, Florida.

About the Role

You’ll work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing facility.
• Assist patients in regaining mobility, reducing pain, and improving overall physical function.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Skilled nursing facility experience required.
• Net Health experience required.
• Level 2 background screening (Florida's highest level of background check) is required.
