Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,515 per week

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver hands-on care to patients recovering in a skilled nursing environment. This role is perfect for clinicians who enjoy functional mobility, gait training, and patient interaction. New Grad PTAs welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PT treatments under the supervision of a PT
• Assist patients with mobility, strength, balance, and transfers
• Monitor patient response and communicate progress to PT
• Document treatments accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited PTA program
• Active (or pending) state PTA license
• SNF experience preferred, not required

Pay

Competitive weekly pay based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
