Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,460 per week

Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) position in Ada, Oklahoma, providing rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. The role includes supporting clinical interventions, assessing patient progress, and collaborating with healthcare team members.

Responsibilities

• Administer procedures such as manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive/assistive devices.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Document treatment details accurately.
• Participate in meetings and training as required.
• Comply with American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and applicable state practice acts and ethics.
• Float rotation may be required.

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma State PTA License.
• 1+ years of PTA experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
• Valid resume and skills checklist within 1 year.
• 0-1 references at time of submission.

Schedule

• Days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
• Assignment duration: 13 weeks, starting 09/14/2026.
