Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,456 per week
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week contract at Blue Palms Health & Rehabilitation Center in Tampa, Florida. This role involves working with an adult and geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting, focusing on restoring mobility, function, and independence.

- 13-week travel contract in Tampa, Florida
- Full-time schedule (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, and functional mobility
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy team
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Florida PTA license required
- BLS certification required
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
